Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective PE lessons to students of varying abilities across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and a love for sports.
Organise and oversee extracurricular sports activities and competitions.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel encouraged and motivated.
Collaborate with colleagues to promote a holistic approach to student well-being and achievement.About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Physical Education or a related field.
Proven experience teaching PE at secondary school level.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to embrace new teaching strategies and technologies.
