Property Manager – Bristol (Hybrid) - £35-45k
We’re working with an award winning, multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors, Architects and Asset Managers who oversee an extensive portfolio of commercial and residential properties across the UK.
Headquartered in Bristol with a number of regional bases they now seek an additional Property Manager as follows:
* Working part home, part office based (3 days office, 2 days home)
* Overseeing a long held, well run, mixed portfolio of local blocks all located in and around Bristol
* Undertaking the full range of block management tasks from budget setting to site inspections, insurance and major works
* Working as part of a vibrant, dedicated and long serving team in a friendly, supportive and diverse environment
* Professional qualifications beneficial but not essential, they can be supported in post for those keen to study
Suitable Property Manager applicants will come from a stable career background with a service led mentality and preference for independent practice.
In addition to a structured career path and flexible working the successful Property Manager can expect a starting salary up to £45k (depending on experience and qualification) and progression based on tenure and performance.
