We’re currently looking for a Parts Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis and deliver a first-class service to customers.

What will I be doing?

As a Parts Assistant, you’ll deliver a high-quality service to customers in person and through telephone, email and online channels.

Your primary responsibility will be working with Volvo Penta’s range of parts, accessories and dealer systems as well as Cummins Onan generators. The role also includes handling, and building knowledge of, associated general mechanical parts and spares.

You will also be responsible for accurate stock picking, our stock management system (Sage 200), dispatching the appropriate parts to customers and, above all, providing an exceptional customer experience.

What do I need?

To join us as a Parts Assistant, you’ll need:

- Proven experience in parts or retail, preferably in the maritime or automotive industries
- Knowledge of marine or automotive engineering parts, accessories, and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A working knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office
- At a minimum, A-Levels (or equivalent)
