About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team. As a TA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment for all students. You will be initially employed by Teaching Personnel, with the potential for the right candidate to transition to a permanent school contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality education
Support individual or small groups of students to enhance their learning
Help with classroom management and organisation
Provide care and support to ensure the well-being of all students
Contribute to planning and preparation of learning activities
Requirements:

Level 2 or 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or equivalent is advantageous
A current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to complete a new one
Previous experience in a UK educational setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for working with children
Residency in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
