Overview:

Due to continued growth, the position of Technical Author has become available to join our successful team based in Plymouth.

We are working on an infrastructure upgrade programme to support the MODs future requirements in relation to both its warship and submarine programme.

Key Accountabilities:

Undertake both quality and safety inspections reporting findings to the Senior Leadership Team
Work closely with FPAG to allow works within the nuclear site license is planned and managed correctly.
Support the creation of safe systems of work
Be able to identify quality and safety issues before they occur - factor appropriate controls to prevent an adverse eventRole Requirements

Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) Review Process
Support the creation of safe systems of work
Be able to identify quality and safety issues before they occur - factor appropriate controls to prevent an adverse event
NEBOSH Construction Certificate, an equivalent Quality competence
Minimum of 5 years' experience in concreting operations
