Location: Cardiff (There will be a requirement of travel throughout the region therefor, the use of a car and adequate business insurance is required)

Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning and Development Officer to join our client. In this critical role, you will ensure that staff members have access to appropriate learning opportunities. You will provide advice on learning and development, deliver training programs directly, and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop effective training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver effective training programs to employees.
Provide advice and support on learning and development opportunities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials.
Ensure that training programs meet the requirements of Social Care Wales and CIW.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of qualification requirements in social care.Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of Level 3 in Learning and Development or equivalent.
Experience in a supervisory role within health and social care.
Knowledge of qualification requirements in social care.
Good understanding of the requirements from Social Care Wales and CIW.Skills and Attributes:

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence and motivate others.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
