Your new role
As part of this housing association, you will collaborate to manage and administer valuable asset data within a controlled governance framework. Implement data collection and quality strategies to ensure data integrity and influence long-term investment programs. Lead asset management improvements using software and CAD/GIS systems.
Manage the housing associations asset database, analysing data for asset investment and replacement programs over 5, 10, and 30 years.
Lead data collection on asset condition and energy performance, ensuring accurate records.
Oversee stock list changes, maintain accuracy, and comply with data governance.
Coordinate the GIS system for public realm assets and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders for data improvement and safety compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working within housing and have good analytical skills and property knowledge.
