Medacs Healthcare are currently seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to provide high quality Physiotherapy at Swansea Bay University Health Board, based in the Frailty community Physiotherapy Service at Gorseinon Hospital .

Essential Criteria:
HCPC Registration
Physiotherapy degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
Experience of working within the NHS/ UK settings
Enhanced DBS check will be required
Desirable Criteria:
ADULT rotational experience in med/neuro/COFE and community
