Housing Officer - West Bromwich

Housing Officer required to work with a Birmingham based Housing Association.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 8 week temporary cover

Pay: £13.50 P/H, paid weekly

Hours: 9am - 5pm. 21 hours per week.

Job role:

To provide support for tenants regarding repairs and maintenance and fire safety actions. You will be covering schemes in the Black Country, Staffordshire, Coventry and Walsall regions. Knowledge of MIS housing software desirable.

For this role, you will ideally have experience in social housing environment or related field and a strong background in in administration and dealing with customer complaints.
