Quality and HSE Manager

We're looking for a dynamic individual to take the reins of our Quality Management System and spearhead Quality Improvement projects. We want to hear from you if you're a seasoned professional with IATF16949:2016 experience and Internal Auditor Training!
What You'll Do:
* 🎯 Quality Assurance: Ensure all products and processes meet stringent quality standards.
* 🔍 Problem-solving Lead investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
* 🌱 Continuous Improvement to be the catalyst for change and innovation.
* 🚀 New Product Introduction, Lead APQP activities, and be well-versed in automotive core tools, including PPAP.
* 📊 Data Analysis Monitor and report on internal KPIs, ensuring met targets.
* 🛠️ Internal Audits Maintain our audit programme and resolve any non-conformities.
* 📚 Employee Training: Manage training records and matrices.
* 👮‍♀️ Shopfloor Management: Ensure correct processes and procedures are followed.
* 🤝 Customer & Supplier Interface: Be the point of contact for quality issues, requiring occasional travel within the UK.
What We're Looking For:
* 📚 Knowledge of presswork, assembly, and laser cutting manufacturing processes.
* 📏 Experience with CMM.
* 🗨️ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* 🤩 Self-motivated individuals with a zero-defect mindset.
