My client is a well established firm based on the outskirts of Loughborough, therefore own transport is required due to the rural location

Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for general finance related tasks and administration as described below, which are essential to the business operation and should be treated as confidential in nature.

You will be asked to carry out a range of task’s that you are competent to do so or will receive additional training to gain competency.

Main Duties

* Preparation and management of Invoicing.

* Management of RBS Finance

* Management of Sales Ledger

* Management of Purchase Ledger

* Chasing debt/debt collection.

* Checking and adding supplier PODs to database.

* Preparation and calculation of the staff bonus payments.

Administration

* Reconciliation of all bank accounts.

* Reconciliation of RBS Ledger.

* Reconciliation of payments against Invoices on the DB.

* Preparation and distribution of Customer statements.

* Preparation of Finance reports if required.

Customer Service

* Resolving Customer queries arising from Email and Phone calls.

* Re-issuing of Invoices and statements if requested to do so.

* Dealing with general finance related queries.

Operational Performance

* To supervise all finance related activities & staff.

* To manage and review the Chasing debt/debt collection.

* To manage and review the Checking and adding supplier PODs to database.

* To manage and review the Checking and passing supplier Invoices for payment.

* To manage and review the Invoice applications.

This is a full time, permannet role

Salary is negotiable, dependant on experience
