RoSPA’s Leisure Safety team plays a vital function in helping to achieve this in water safety and drowning prevention through its work with the National Water Safety Forum (NWSF). The NWSF is a UK-focused, voluntary network, working together to reduce water-related deaths and associated harm. Established in 2004, RoSPA are the secretariat of the NWSF which aims to bring together a wide range of partners to create a ‘one-stop shop’ for the prevention of drowning and water safety harm in the UK.

We are now seeking a NWSF Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our Leisure Safety team on a 2 year fixed term contract, to assist with the delivery of communications of the NWSF, as well as assisting with specialist projects such as Respect The Water in line with the UK Drowning Preventions Strategy.

The NWSF Marketing and Communications Specialist will work remotely with occasional travel to Head Office and London.

* skilled in marketing and communications, project development and implementation?

* Experienced in safety agendas, in particular water safety or an allied and appropriate field?
