SF Recruitment is support a engineering business who are currently seeking a motivated Administrator to join a growing business based in South Leicester. This role presents an excellent opportunity to provide crucial support to the team during a maternity cover period.

As the Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with their quotes and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at facilitating efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking engineers' work on a daily and weekly basis
- Managing engineers' timesheets
- Issuing sub-contractor and supplier purchase orders
- Uploading and reviewing paperwork associated with jobs
- Processing jobs from completion stage to invoicing stage
- Handling weekly invoicing tasks
- Generating and sending customer quotes
- Inputting job details into the system
- Monitoring work in progress
- Updating and generating spreadsheets for job-related tasks
- Undertaking any other ad hoc administrative duties as required
What do you need to succeed?
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
