Contract Duration: 2+ months
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (37 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £20.31 per hour (PAYE)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct valuations of industrial, commercial, and residential land and property.
Provide expert advice and consultation on property and land valuations.
Prepare detailed valuation reports in compliance with industry standards.Requirements:
Proven experience in property valuation, including industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
