Full Package:

Competitive salary - £40,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience)
Profit Share every 6 months.
Hours: (7:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday) (7:30am – 12:30pm Friday’s)
25 holidays plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:

Analyse existing production processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
Utilize your expertise in Fanuc systems and multi-axis machining.
Monitor product quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Production Planning Collaborate with production managers to schedule runs and meet delivery deadlines.
Oversee maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.
Champion safety protocols and train staff accordingly.
Maintain accurate production records.
Work with R&D, design, and procurement teams.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in aluminium production or related manufacturing processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Information:

You will be rarely operating but will support programming.
Responsible for costing/estimating.
Involved in reviewing new contracts and working on new fixtures.
Proficient in reading technical drawings.
Previous experience as a machine operator is essential.
