Piling Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager to join our clients Midlands/Central UK office

Reponsibilities for this role include, leading the work winning teams and supporting the delivery of projects in the region, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ensuring that customers’ expectations whilst securing a pipeline of work in line with strategy and deliver industry leading margins whilst maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Manage business development and marketing activities at a strategic level within the SMT.

Responsible for the financial performance of the contracts executed in the regions. Ensure tenders are submitted in a timely manner and that they have been fully evaluated technically and commercially.

Oversee and/or interrogate design options and ‘value’ solutions, and if appropriate, identify the attractiveness of a project based on sound estimating principles.

Liaise with other regional managers to ensure that design and bid resources are managed effectively across the UK.

Develop the strategic plan for the region, which will support the business growth and strategic development.

Demonstrate highly visible and effective HSE and sustainability leadership. Ensure a relentless focus on safety – WORKSAFE HOMESAFE.

The role requires a proven track record in business development, membership of a relevant professional body and a valid CSCS card.

The role requires experience in, and a good working knowledge of ground engineering processes.
