Part-Time Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting for a leading provider of electrical devices company in Leamington Spa.

Seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, paying an hourly rate of £13.50 per hour. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients in a respectful and welcoming manner, both face-to-face and via telephone.
Respond to client queries, address any issues, and deliver precise details about our offerings.
Support clients in order completion, advising on suitable products, managing transactions, and verifying the particulars of each order.
Track and manage stock levels of essential supplies for operations.
Contribute to the stocking of goods and upkeep of a tidy and organized work area.
Execute clerical responsibilities including inputting data, organizing files, and keeping records of client interactions.
Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to facilitate the smooth running of the establishment.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer-facing or retail positions is advantageous.
Proficient communication abilities, encompassing both oral and written interactions.
Strong relational skills, capable of establishing connections with clients.
Basic proficiency in digital tools and point-of-sale software.
Keen eye for detail with the capability to juggle various tasks in a dynamic setting.
