Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an amazing provider to look for a Home Manager in Grimsby. This is a chance to part of an award winning medium sized provider with an excellent reputation in the area. This position is available due an internal promotion within the business, and they are looking for a new Home Manager to take over this service. Furthermore, the provider offers amazing progression opportunities within the business and always look to develop their staff with training wherever possible. In regards to the service, the home is operating well with good staff levels along with a strong support system both internally and externally.
The candidate
My client is looking for a Home manager who is personable, friendly and is a relationship building. The care homes priority is to provide ‘Outstanding’ care for the residents at every opportunity. It would be beneficial if you had experience working with dementia care however this is not essential. As the Manager, you should have a good understanding of CQC compliance as well as the ability to communicate effectively.

* Home is compliant with CQC.
* Location: Grimsby - Lincolnshire Area
* Salary is negotiable (DOE)
The service: Small sized elderly residential home with dementia care. Good reputation in the area and has a great team both internally and externally - Frequently Award winning!
Hours: Mon-Fri (The hours are flexible and can be discussed to suit!)
