We are looking to recruit their brand-new Warehouse Manager to take the lead in shaping the future of their operations! This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45k, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and some incredible benefits too! As Warehouse Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the warehouse operations, overseeing everything from receiving and storing goods to ensuring accurate and timely order processing. You will lead a dedicated team of warehouse staff, drive efficiency, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement to new heights!
We love to see CV’s from people who:
* Have 5 years+ experience in FMCG or Pet Industry warehouse management roles.
* Are incredible people managers and developers that can lead by example.
* Have exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Are proficient in warehouse management systems and digital tools.
* Have dealt with safety and compliance in their roles.
* Are driven and dedicated to excellence.
If you have used Sage, Marshall or something similar previously this would be advantageous but not essential!
As Warehouse Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising inventory control procedures and optimising stock levels.
* The overseeing of all warehouse activities, maximising space utilisation and streamlining workflows.
* Inspiring and motivating the warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Maintaining the integrity of inventory and order fulfilment processes.
* Championing workplace safety standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
