A well-established electrical company of ours in Braintree are recruiting a part time Customer Service Administrator to join their team asap!
This position is working Monday and/or Tuesday and Friday's 08:30 - 17:30 (30 minute unpaid lunch break).
Paying £11.44 per hour on a temporary ongoing basis that could possibly be made permanent in the future.

Key Customer Service Administrator duties for this position include but are not limited to:

Processing customer orders and making necessary amendments.
Sending customer's their order acknowledgements and corresponding documents.
Maintaining and exceeding customer service level standard with current and new customers.
Liaising with transport regarding customers deliveries.
Liaising with production/warehouse regarding product and order lead times.
Support with Website customer's orders and updates.
Support with customer shipment process.
Assisting with any other admin duties.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position:

Knowledge of the Priority ERP system (advantage).
Numeracy and literacy levels equivalent to GSCE Grade C.
Manufacturing industry experience would be advantageous.
High level of numeracy/attention to detail.
Pro-active and responsive to customer (internal and external) requirements.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
