Plate Roller required to join a market leading manufacturer based in Keighley. We are looking to speak to individuals to work at a state of the art facility. 30 days annual leave, generous pension scheme, overtime paid at premium rates and with genuine opportunities for progression. Plate Roller Benefits:

Salary - hourly (overtime paid at x1.5)
Starting hourly rate up to £14.50 per hour
5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 16:15pm
22 days holiday + statutory (+1 day for every 5 years of service)

4% company pension contributionsResponsibilities of the plate roller:

Set up and adjust manual rolling machines according to specifications.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine proper dimensions and tolerances
Feed materials into the machine and monitor the rolling process.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Perform routine maintenance on the rolling machines.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.Key skills required for Plate roller:

Previous plate roller experience would be a distinct advantage although people from an industrial machining background will be considered. Training can and will be provided.
Experience with vessels would be desirable
Ability to use automated machinery and hand tools.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings.
Work to tight tolerances
Crane operation experience

The plate roller position is based in Keighley and is easily accessible from towns in surrounding areas such as Bradford, Halifax, Leeds and Skipton
