Class 1 Tramper Driver Monday to Friday – Permanent Position

Venatu Recruitment is working in partnership with our client in Doncaster for a Class 1 Tramper Driver, this is a permanent position from  day one.

Location: Doncaster

Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting position available at our Doncaster location.

Schedule: Class 1 Tramper Driver is required Monday to Friday, with varying start times with Nights out Monday to Thursday or Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

HGV Class 1 Driver vehicle for palletized goods transportation.

Delivering goods to various locations

Handling pallet work with the potential for long hours.

Requirements:

Long hours 40 – 70 per week

Over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.

Minimum 1 years of HGV Class 1 driving experience.

Clean driving record with no more than 6 points.

Flexibility with start times.

Physical fitness for manual handling

Own truck on a week-to-week basis – Microwave and Inverter

Salary and Benefits:

Basic salary: £13.50 per hour

Breaks paid

Night out: £25.00 per hour        

Driver bonus: £10.00 per day (criteria)

20 days holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays.

3% pension contribution.

£3.00 per day meal allowance.
