Position: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
We are seeking dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurses and Registered Learning Disability Nurses to join our client’s team at a Forensic Medium Secure Psychiatric Hospital in York. This facility specializes in caring for patients with mental illnesses, learning disabilities, and provides dedicated services for Autistic Spectrum Disorder and female patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and monitor patient needs
* Collaboratively plan patient care
* Develop and implement positive behavioural support plans
* Actively participate in a multi-disciplinary team
* Administer medication
Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
* Strong teamwork skills
* Self-awareness and the ability to seek support and advice
* Excellent listening and rapport-building abilities
* Effective time management and organizational skills
