We are currently seeking 2 motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Client Account Manager Administrator.
Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a Client Account Manager Administrator, you will be an integral part of our service team, providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. Your role will involve a combination of clerical tasks, customer service, and coordination of office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
* Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
* Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Handle basic data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Previous office or administrative experience is a plus.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary Starting £27,000 increasing after completion of 3 month probation.
* 40 Hours 8:00 -17.00Monday – Friday
