Our client, a leading financial organisation with over 75 years of experience in providing workplace pension schemes, is seeking 2 enthusiastic individuals to join their dynamic customer service team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your customer service skills within the finance industry and make a real difference to the lives of members and employers.

📞 Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls from members and employers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries.
Apply rules and procedures to provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of pension-related questions.
Listen attentively to understand member needs and guide them towards appropriate solutions.
Engage members by clearly articulating the value-added services
Meet targets for call quality and accuracy, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Participate in ongoing call coaching sessions to enhance performance and service quality.
Continuously develop knowledge of systems and processes.🎯 Job Specification:

As the first point of contact within the organisation, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to members. Your engaging and efficient approach will ensure that member queries are resolved promptly, leaving a lasting positive impression.

💼 Qualifications/Experience:

Previous experience in customer service administration or a related field.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise information.
