We are excited to be working with this leading local employer on 4 temp to perm roles. They will commence on the 1 July and will temp initially but these are definite permanent positions. We supported this client on this team previously with outstanding feedback from the candidates who joined them. The roles are inbound customer service roles and suit candidates with previous customer service experience however this can be from a wide range of industries such as retail, hospitality etc. Great roles for those looking to either continue in a telephone based customer service role or transfer current skills to an office based role.

Job Profile

To support the Customer Account Servicing Department to deliver first class customer service. The roles are around assisting customers and delivering the best experience - it is not about being timed on the call, or getting on to the next one as quickly as possible They want their customers to genuinely have a great experience.

Responsibilities:

* Taking inbound calls from customers, 3rd parties etc

* Establishing the reason for the call and deciding on the appropriate resolution

* Refer customers that have wider complex queries to the specialists within the relevant teams, ensuring full handover process is adhered to guaranteeing a seamless customer journey

* Complete customer security and identification checks prior to discussing and disclosing confidential information

* Ensure accurate case notes are updated for each enquiry

* Provide a friendly, efficient, and accurate telephone service to all customer enquiries

* Assist customers requesting further information and support

* Always deliver exceptional customer service over the phone

* Other ad hoc administrative duties as required

* To comply with company standards and policies, e.g. Data Protection, Financial Crime, Treating Customers Fairly, Complaints Procedure etc

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:

* A presentable and organised individual with a keen work ethic

* An excellent communicator, able to deal with customers and colleagues in a professional manner which is confident, open, and honest

* Proactive, self-motivated, and positive approach to work

* A passion and drive to achieve excellent customer service

* Experience of working with customers/3rd parties delivering exceptional service

* Excellent communication and relationship building skills

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

* A keen work ethic, committed and customer focused approach

* Confidence to facilitate sensitive conversations and the ability to empathise with different customer situations including vulnerable customers

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications

Hours: Working hours are 8.45am to 5pm Mon to Fri with 45 minutes lunch

Salary: £11.44 per hour - temping initially then permanent posts

Location: Colton, LS15
