️ Finance Manager – Event Hospitality/Stadia Catering.
📍 Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire.
⭐37.5 hours per week.
⭐You must be ACA, CIMA, or ACCA Qualified
We are looking for a proactive, experienced and commercially astute Finance Manager to join an esteemed event catering company with a rich history and a diverse portfolio of venues, including prestigious sporting, entertainment, and cultural locations.
** Please note due to the nature of this job a car driver will be required for this role **

The Role:
* You will be responsible for day-to-day financial related activities and lead an established finance team, ensuring exceptional service to both clients and customers and other team members across the company.
* Prepare monthly management reports, including balance sheet, adhering to group reporting timelines and frameworks.
* Assist in forecasting and budget preparation.
* Generate management information such as wages, GP analysis, and expenditure reports.
* Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintain an accurate fixed asset register.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across various business functions.
* Monitor and review venue client accounts to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.
* Ensure weekly safe counts are completed and perform necessary follow-up checks.
* Collaborate with the Head Cashier to establish and maintain effective controls and procedures.
* Review monthly commission statements for venue clients.
* Continuously improve and develop processes, procedures, and key controls.
* Work alongside the Head of Finance on system reviews and implementations.
* Provide support for Year End Audits and preparation of required documentation.
* Undertake ad hoc project work and reporting as directed by the Head of Finance.
The desirable candidate:
* Qualified ACA, CIMA, or ACCA with relevant post-qualification experience.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively and engage with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to thrive under pressure.
* Proactive approach to workload management and task prioritization.
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other IT systems.
