Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading E-commerce business in Leeds to recruit the Head of Digital Marketing

The company are looking for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing reporting to the CEO who has exceptional communication skills and a proven ability of leading marketing teams in fast-paced environments.

You’ll be a key member of the management team, and you’ll bring extensive social and digital marketing knowledge with you. The right candidate would ideally be operating in a similar role and hold a wealth of experience.You will be confident in delivering integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and OKRs and capable of inspiring and motivating those around you as we look to progress. You’ll be data literate and passionate about creating highly performant campaigns. Ideally you’ll have a mix of in-house and agency e-commerce experience.

Responsibilities

* Creating digital marketing strategies and implementing plans to support site visitor growth and efficient customer acquisition whilst liaising with wider teams across the business

* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketers, providing guidance, feedback and support to foster professional growth and success

* Manage, develop and execute paid search strategy to maximise sales and ROI

* Deliver social media campaigns across all key platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)

* Develop and manage a Facebook advertising strategy to reach new customers and existing site users via remarketing

* Manage the relationship with an external SEO agency, ensuring deliverables are met and strategies are aligned with company goals.

* Develop & test new targeting tactics including custom audiences, lookalike modelling and more

* Collaborate with affiliate partners to expand the affiliate marketing program and drive incremental revenue

* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for continuous improvement

* Analyse campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimise marketing strategies and tactics

* Report to stakeholders at all levels on the effectiveness of digital marketing and recommend strategies for improvement.

* You will lead strategic decisions within the Digital Marketing team whilst closely managing existing projects and campaigns to ensure successful delivery and demonstrable results.

* Great leadership and relationship management skills

* Ensure a high quality and consistent service delivery across the whole digital marketing team, with a precise approach to managing work schedules, reporting and managing change

* Experience with Datorama[1] , Adalyser, ContentSquare, Segment, and Adobe Analytics

* Experience of executing integrated TV campaigns

* Marketing agency experience with market-leader client base

* Experience in a multi-category e-commerce business

* Experience working closely with Software Development and Operational teams
