Description
As a Sales Coaching and Development Trainer you will be providing training for new members of the business and delivering the induction programme.
You will be coaching and listening into calls for new starters and provide full support and on the job training.
The role will also involve training and refreshers for the existing team and working closely with other members of the business to deliver the best support and development programmes.
Profile
Previous sales and management experience required
Ideally some experience with training and coaching
Experience of working in a Contact Centre Environment
Excellent people management skills
