Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
GSL Education is seeking a dynamic Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Rotherham. This role involves assisting in the delivery of daily educational activities and supporting the broad development of pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the teacher in planning, delivering, and assessing learning activities.
Assist in managing classroom resources and ensuring a safe learning environment.
Help students with their educational and social development on an individual and group basis.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve professional skills.
The successful candidate will:
Have prior experience working in a classroom setting.
Be enthusiastic about helping children achieve their best.
Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Hold relevant qualifications in education or childcare.
