Stores Operative

Elevation Recruitments Skilled Shop Floor Team are proud to be working in partnership with a aerospace manufacturing business based in Sheffield. We are currently recruiting for a Stores Operative on a permanent basis. 
Stores Operative
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - Mornings and Afternoons

Salary:

£26,800

Overview of the role of the Stores Operative:

Good's In and Dispatch - including loading and unloading delivered using reach truck and counterbalance. 
Storage and retrieval of stock - including safe storage, annual stock counting, regular PI checks 
Kitting - including physical picking of materials listed by works orders
Picking and Packing 
Raise despatch documents for all parts on the shipping manifest 
Raise subcontract purchase orders
Assist with creating export commercial invoices and packing lists for overseas shipments 
Skills & Experience:

Must hold a clean full UK driving licence
In date Fork Lift Truck License 
Good communication skills
Good numeracy skills
Computer literate
Able to multi-task
Able to manage time efficiently and prioritise work load
Previous experience as a storeman 
Parts Counter experience
