Description
As a Sales Administrator you will be taking orders from customers and processing on the system ensuring excellent product knowledge and a smooth delivery process.
You will be also dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a range of enquiries providing a high level of customer care.
The role will also include updating the databases and general administrative duties.
Profile
Previous sales administration experience ideally however the business can be open
Exceptional customer service skills
Able to prioritise high volumes of work
Good attention to detail and organisation
A good team player
