Job Description
Fabricate aluminum boats in spec with departmental production schedule.
Key Responsibilities, Knowledge and skills for success in this position:
Read tape measure to accurately perform job assignment.
Skill and ability to cut simple parts from patterns with supervision.
Keep a clean and safe work area.
Basic understanding of power tools and equipment needed for fabrication.
Ability to select proper material thickness and alloy with supervision.
Safely operate all power tools and equipment with minimal supervision.
Ability to apply mathematical operations ie; fractions, percentages rations and proportions.
Ability to define problems, establish facts, collect data and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures and basic drawings.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Wearing of company provided personal protection equipment.
Ability to effectively communicate information to team members and supervisors.
