Job Description
Set up and complete installation of various equipment on aluminum boats in spec with departmental production schedule.
Key Responsibilities, Knowledge and skills for success in this position:
Read tape measure to accurately perform job assignment.
Skill and ability to cut simple parts from patterns with supervision.
Keep a clean and safe work area.
Basic understanding and safe operation of power tools with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to identify all parts necessary to perform job duties.
Install basic components of boats including: plumbing, wiring, steering wheels, consoles, carper, vinyl and decals.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures and basic drawings.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Wearing of company provided personal protection equipment.
Ability to effectively communicate information to team members and supervisors.
