Job Description
Weld aluminum boats in spec with departmental production schedule.
Key Responsibilities, Knowledge and skills for success in this position:
Demonstrate competency in keel welding.
Demonstrate competency in welding transoms.
Demonstrate limited competency in jig welding.
Keep a clean and safe work area.
Properly use, store and clean required safety equipment.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general technical procedures and drawings with supervision.
Ability to apply mathematical operations ie; fractions, percentages rations and proportions.
Ability to define problems, establish facts, collect data and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Wearing of company provided personal protection equipment.
Ability to effectively communicate information to team members and supervisors.
