Position Summary
Are you a strategic and data-driven professional with a knack for driving acquisition in the Health-Tech sector? ReflexMD is seeking a talented Director of Search Engine Optimization to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will have a direct impact on customer acquisition and business growth through the execution of strategic search marketing strategies with the use of best-in-class practices.
The ideal candidate will operate with a data-driven mentality and continuously refine strategy for optimized performance. This role requires a natural aptitude for staying updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to proactively adapt strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Oversee and optimize paid search campaigns ensuring efficient allocation of an 8-figure annual paid search budget, keyword targeting, and ad copy. Build ReflexMD’s presence in paid search shopping platforms, such as Google Shopping, by managing product feed optimization and campaign performance.
Search Engine Optimization: Develop and implement organic search (SEO) strategies to improve ReflexMD’s search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Compliance: Ensure that all search marketing campaigns adhere to Telemedicine regulations and compliance standards.
Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to the leadership team and recommending optimizations and improvements. Execute related technical aspects of SEM, such as tracking implementation and measurement.
Data Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategy.
Forecasting: Develop and manage a media forecasting process, ensuring accurate projections and resource allocation for search marketing initiatives.
Vendor Management: Foster vendor relationships with search marketing platforms, agencies, and technology providers to keep ReflexMD poised for innovation.
Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience in search marketing and related platforms (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Google Analytics, SEO tools)
Proven track record of managing, developing and executing SEM strategies.
Deep expertise in paid search (SEM), paid search shopping, and organic search (SEO) best practices.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to draw insights from data to inform marketing strategies.
SQL proficiency is a bonus.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively amongst cross-functional teams.
