Senior Speech Therapist- SLP

Job Description
The Senior Speech-Language Pathologist provides direct services such as evaluations and therapeutic services for speech, language, and communication disorders while also implementing managerial (supervisory) responsibilities. In addition, they serve as the primary clinical liaison between the clinician and the lead clinician for day-to-day clinical issues.
Essential Functions:
Maintain a caseload for direct speech and language services online, including evaluations and treatment  (50%).
Serve as a Clinical Supervisor for assigned SLPAs and/or graduate students.
Serves as the first point of contact for assigned providers (SLPs and SLPAs) on a team.
Responsible for overall productivity of their assigned team.
Be willing to jump in to provide direct services as needed if the team has gaps.
Assist the Clinical Lead to support telespeech utilization and key performance indicator data through weekly reports (Utilization, Capacity and Productivity of SLP/As)
Communicate and support clinicians with questions in the ticketing system.
Ensure timeliness of documentation for the assigned team based on reports.
Conduct clinical observations as part of the clinical quality improvement process.
Serve as main liaison between clinicians on assigned team and Clinical Lead.
Manage assignments of SLPAs with Clinical Supervisors.
Assist the Clinical Lead and Clinical Manager with assigned tasks.
 
Salary range is commensurate with experience and qualifications $80,000.00-$85,000.00
