Job Description
What you get to do in this role:   
​​​​Take small to large programmatic sales plays and programs from original concept through final implementation
Bring our various activation plays into a repeatable framework
Develop detailed project execution plan, and manage all processes including progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, and launch
Provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the program including partners, business sponsors
Align closely with the Global Sales Play Structure and global operating model design
Create status reporting to support project/program discussions at Workgroups and Sponsor level
Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking
Validate Sales Play materials such as Pitch Deck, Customer Stories, Demos, Seller Map, Value Workshops, Target Account List
Accountable for planning and tracking to program milestones and deliverables, managing initiative risks and issues
Ensures cross-functional collaboration to deliver expected outcomes of the program
Represents the Global Sales Play voice in the Geography and related countries in close alignment with Sales Operations and Go To Market
