The VAS Product & Portfolio Operations team is accountable for managing, prioritizing, and commercializing the entire portfolio of Visa’s Value-Added Services offerings.  The Senior Manager, Business Control will play a key role in providing a structured approach to designing, monitoring, and testing controls across the VAS business. This individual will create and maintain documentation that supports the development of VAS processes and controls, including monitoring performance to aligned milestones.
The Senior Manager, Business Process and Control will partner closely with teams across VAS to manage capacity planning and identify and remove delivery risks as they arise.  The successful candidate will have over a decade of experience leading process engineering and control identification.  He or she will have strong consensus building skills and will be comfortable providing guidance and guardrails to a large and disparate team of product managers and supporting professionals.  This role sits at the intersection of several different teams, and enables connections with technology, sales, marketing, and support organizations.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
