Requirements
Proven Experience: Candidates must have a solid background in sales, demonstrating their ability to meet and exceed targets.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field underlines a foundational understanding of business principles and practices.
CRM Knowledge: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Relationship Management (BRM) tools is crucial for tracking interactions with customers and analyzing sales pipelines.
Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills are non-negotiable, ensuring the candidate can close deals and maintain strong customer relationships.
Presentation Skills: The candidate should be adept at creating and delivering presentations that resonate with various audiences.
Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and organize workload is key to handling the fast-paced nature of sales.
Valid Driver’s License
Personal Transportation: Candidates are required to have access to a reliable vehicle.
