Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement risk management education and awareness programs, including innovative gamification programs to raise risk awareness and builds a sense of community amongst participants.
Identify and assess risks to the organization.
Develop and publish monthly Risk Education and Awareness, as well as Global Business Resilience (GBR) program reporting and dashboards.
Develop clever motivating awareness materials and deliver learning opportunities to employees.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that risk management is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Experience with Gallup Clifton Strengths
Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and job satisfaction within the Risk organization.
Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve the work environment.
What You will Need:
Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, or a related field
Background with risk management, audit, data analytics and/or compliance highly preferred
Experience in developing and implementing risk management programs
Influential communicator and excellent presentation skills a must
Significant expertise in data analytics, PowerBI, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A background in payments processing
CISSP,CISA, or CRISC advantageous
Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills required as well as outstanding interpersonal and human relation skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and third parties (as needed)
