About the team:
The Sales Enablement Team is responsible for multiple Sales Support functions, including Sales Solution Launch, Sales Campaign Management, Sales Playbook Administration, and orchestrating the Sales pivot to Insight Led, Value Based Solution Selling.  You will be reporting to the SVP, Head of Sales Enablement who reports to FIS’ Chief Revenue Officer.
What you will be doing:
As “Strategic Planning Manager Senior” you will assess client and seller profile targets of various campaigns, calculate financial opportunity in play, and ensure we have a clear list of prospects to execute against leveraging internal/external data.  This is an individual contributor role.  You will be doing the following:
Evaluate, analyze and determine potential for business growth across FIS Sales Plays being executed by the Sales Enablement Team
Identify, research and evaluate new business opportunities and market initiatives by analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources
Bring expertise and collaborate with subject matter experts in Line of Business, Product Management, Sales Growth Office, and Sales Enablement to identify, interpret and produce recommendations for Sales Play targeting based on company and external data analysis
Direct planning and preparation of business proposals and provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring:
Key attributes for the ideal candidate:
Thorough knowledge of Data management tools and deep knowledge of Excel
In-depth industry knowledge
Knowledge of banking practices, regulations and operations within assigned line(s) of business
Knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry , e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, CMM
Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, e.g., agile, iterative, waterfall
General business skills, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills
Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
Understand and focus on clients needs, establish credibility and build positive, professional relationships with clients
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, finance or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
