IT Help Desk/Desk Side Support

RMF has an immediate need for a Full-Time IT Help Desk/Desk Side Support to join our IT department in our Baltimore office located in BW Technology Park. We are looking for a self-directed IT professional with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The IT Help Desk/Desk Side Support will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with the IT team. There will be periodic travel included in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The IT Help Desk/Desk Side Support will provide user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve issues and advise users on the appropriate actions as well as configure and deploy new equipment.
Requirements
·       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT related field
·       Familiar with PDF, Microsoft Office applications. Working knowledge of fundamental operations of Windows 10-11 is essential
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills
·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
·       Strong work ethic and attention to detail
·       Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
