Job Description
Our client is a growing tech company with a strong global presence. They are looking to bring on a People Business Partner to join them for a medium-term opportunity. There is a possibility this role will convert!
In this role, the People Business part will:
Be the Sr. HR Business Partner/People & Culture Partner for our growing company
Provide support and guidance to people leaders at all levels of the organization
Partner with our Global People & Culture team to promote DEI in talent development and retention efforts
Lead Learning & Development initiatives, including content development and program facilitation
Leverage our HRIS platform internally
Pay range: $40-$48/hour - commensurate on experience
