Job Summary:
Working for Circles, but stationed onsite at our prestigious client’s office, as a Corporate Concierge & Lifestyle Professional, you will offer best-in-class, white glove customer service to our client’s employees. As a key ambassador representing Circles and our elite concierge program, displaying utmost professionalism, and an enthusiastic can-do approach, you will assist our clientele with a wide range of services. From local errand running (our most in demand service), researching products, providing gift suggestions, sourcing home contractors, to full travel planning, you will assist our clientele with both traditional and non-traditional concierge tasks and requests.
Qualified candidates will be independent self-starters who are solution minded, with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and are highly organized. The ideal candidate will enjoy researching, thinking outside of the box, and possess a positive can-do attitude with a strong knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues, and travel options. Experience working with luxury brands, hospitality, or the travel industry is preferred.
This is a TEMP TO PERM HIRE
This a Monday through Friday position with no nights or weekends, offering a shift of 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Compensation is hourly with range starting at $24.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Consistently provide best in class customer service in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Be able to prioritize requests and monitor daily deliverables, with the ability to pivot for rush and urgent requests that may come in throughout the day.
Provide local errand running services including merchandise pick up and returns, personal shopping, meal pick-ups, and other personal errands as needed.
Provide uncompromising service to all members.
Project an approachable and professional image always.
As this is not a front-of-house position, the ability to promote meaningful relationships through engaging in informed conversation with members via email and phone, with occasional face-to-face interaction is important.
Respond to employee and guest requests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, without exception.
Possesses an in-depth knowledge of the surrounding area, including restaurants, retailers, attractions, nightlife, and special services. As well as a general curiosity to continue learning about new happenings within your area.
Although priority is given to assisting employees within the office you are stationed, you will be expected to assist employees from other offices throughout the US and Internationally based on work volume and the greater good of the team and organization.
Research suggestions and book reservations for entertainment, tickets, dining, and travel
Research and provide only the highest quality options for household service professionals, contractors, and pet care providers,
Suggest and purchase gifts and flowers,
Product comparison and information research,
Collaborate on new ideas and initiatives with team members and management.
Coordinate and schedule services with local and national partners and vendors.
Other duties as assigned.
