DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a family-owned staffing company, DBS is dedicated to connecting talented individuals with reputable organizations in need of reliable and skilled employees. The Customer Service Representative will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services and products.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience, preferred 2 years experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must have Clerical CSR experience not retail
