Job Description
Establish an efficient route schedule of stores with accounts in an assigned area.
Ability to comprehend period sales, programs, and promotions to achieve successful sales, distribution, and placement of products.
Analyze and explore the market to identify opportunities for new products, service, and shelf space in current and new accounts.
Ability to handle customer complaints and issues and solve them with assistance of management.
Maintain and update the condition of in store display units and sales material.
Maintain professional relationships with customers while establishing good communication to aide in the increase of sales.
Ability to rotate and maintain accurate inventory of products in store and on truck using the FIFO system.
Able to use technology, cloud software program (Encompass), to track day to day activities such as: truck inventory, store inventories, product returns, credits and invoices.
Track expenses in app-based software (Concur).
Able to manage company vehicle maintenance schedule with direct supervisor.
Strong time management and organizational skills/ sense of urgency.
Overnight stay required at company expense.
