Job Description
The Opportunity: 
Mattel is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Graphic Designer/Illustrator to join its Licensed Entertainment Vehicles team. The group is focused on creating new product opportunities for the Licensed Entertainment Vehicles division which include such brands as: Thomas the Tank Engine, Hot Wheels Skate and Hot Wheels Racerverse.  This involves ideating and creating graphic elements and illustrations, in multiple artistic styles, for vehicles, play sets and finger boards.  Candidate will also need to be able to communicate their graphic design concepts and illustrations to design and marketing management. The ideal candidate will possess proven graphic design and Illustration experience showing ability to work on challenging and fun projects as well as ideating new concepts.
What Your Impact Will Be: 
Design and develops graphics and illustrations for playsets and vehicles across multiple brands
Builds consensus between members throughout the design process.
Partner with Development Design, Engineering, Packaging and Cost Engineering to ensure product integrity and marketing objectives.
Daily communication with Asia partners.
Successfully present and communicate their concepts to the design and marketing management and creative departments.
Manage the early phases of design and development with other disciplines within the company.
