Product Engineer

Position:
We're in search of a founding engineer to be the first addition to our team of 3. In this role, you'll lead the technical development and deployment of our patient and clinician experiences. You'll collaborate closely with us to design and deliver the next generation of our product, defining our culture, scaling our team, and shaping our product roadmap.

This is a full-stack role. Our current stack includes:
React
Typescript
Next.js (Serverless)
PostgreSQL (Supabase)
Experience with Typescript and React is essential.
Core Responsibilities:
UI/UX: Design and build intuitive, patient-centric software for clinicians with minimal direction.
Integrations: Collaborate with external vendors such as EMR or Billing vendors to integrate our software seamlessly.
Scalability: Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions while understanding the trade-offs in scalability during the early stages.
Team Leadership: Lead future engineering hires, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
Continuous Iteration: Iterate on the product based on user feedback continuously.
Product Roadmap & Vision: Work with founders to develop the product roadmap vision based on user and stakeholder feedback.
Working with LLMs: Research and validate the safe deployment of LLMs in our products and ship responsible AI to end-users.
