Operations Manager

Empresa: Baird & Warner
Tipo de empleo: A tiempo completo

About Our Team
Small and Mighty. Gritty. Hands On. Dedicated. Hard Working. Intelligent. Caring. Pretty Darn Fun. We’ve got big goals & we’re going places – and we’re looking for someone that does as well. This isn’t a job, it’s a career, and growth opportunities await as we grow. Want to come along?
About The Job
As Operations Manager, you have a key role in operating our top-producing team. This role has a strong career development track for someone who wants to grow as our business does, and elevate to managing staff in the future.
Operations is the backbone of what we do – and you’ll serve not only as our lead administrator but as our listing manager. It’s your job to keep many of our parts moving smoothly. You are the first person a client interacts with, and you’ll set the tone of our 5-star experience. You’ll help our agents & team leader prepare for key client appointments and keep our database organized. You’ll also oversee our gifting & marketing programs, designed to build our business. When our other admins are out, you’ll back them up in scheduling & transaction management.
What We’re Looking For?
We’re looking for someone seeking a career, and the chance to build & grow with a dynamic team. Someone who is dedicated to providing a 5-Star experience through white-glove customer service. We’re fun, hard-working people – we hope you are too.
You should bring a can-do attitude, and be a self-starter – once you’re trained, you can run with the ball. You don’t need to be dictated every task.  A sense of independence and a bit of a ‘take charge’ attitude are keys, and the desire to grow as a manager, eventually managing staff members.
No two days on our team are usually the same – so you should be comfortable in the grey area. Your job is to bring order – and manage through change and occasional chaos. You should be resourceful, enjoy doing good work and being appreciated for it, and not timid.
Some evenings & weekends may be required. You must have real estate experience in Chicago and be a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois. If you don’t have prior real estate experience, we kindly ask that you do not apply. Applicants must also have a working vehicle and be able to commute to work in our Lincoln Park Office. This is an in-office position.
